October 27-29th, thousands of nerds trekked to the Los Angeles Convention center for Stan Lee's Los Angeles Comic Con (formerly known as Comikaze Expo). In it's 7th year, LA Comic Con was even bigger than ever and cosplayers from all over came to show off their creations.
I had the honor of attending for my 3rd year in a row with a few friends and we spent some time hunting down some of the coolest cosplays in the building to share with you!
Cinderella, Queenie, and No-Face are on the hunt for awesome cosplays!
Tiny Cosplayers:
One of my favorite parts of conventions are children cosplayers! There's nothing cuter than seeing a miniature version of your favorite characters running around having fun and taking pictures with everyone.
Mashups!
Mashups always create a new twist on costumes you've seen or worn before. They also ensure you have a unique costume that no one else is wearing! I personally love creating mashups becasue they allow me to get creative and imagine characters in a new way. Here are some of my favorites!

Jedi Sulley and Boo: A "Monster's Inc" / "
Star Wars" Mashup

Hopper, The Demigorgon, Two
Elevens from "Stranger Things" featuring a tiny "Predator"
Details, Details, Details!
I'm always looking out for cosplayers who put a lot of time and work into their cosplays. That extra effort makes a huge difference in the final product and sets their cosplays apart from the rest!

The Detail! This took her weeks to embroider!

Hades from "Hercules"
Steampunk Rose Quartz and Garnet from "Steven Universe"
Disney Love
Being that I was dressed as a princess myself, I was on the hunt for princesses! I also found other great Disney characters that had to be shared!
Conventions are always a fun time and a great place to witness the creativity and passion of fans. No matter your skill level, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun and cosplay your favorite characters. So if you've always wanted to cosplay, take some inspiration from these cosplayers and get out and give it a try!
Which one of these cosplays was your favorite? Let us know down in the comments!
