Disneyland Lolita Day is on October 15th. For those of you who don't know, Lolita Day is when everyone dresses in Lolita fashion to meet and gather at the Disneyland theme park. If you're familiar with Dapper Day, it's similar to that, except everyone will be in Lolita style. Still lost? Lolita fashion is a Japanese subculture that's based on Victorian and Edwardian style mixed with a little bit of Rococo. Think: porcelain dolls come to life and you've got Lolita fashion. If you're going to attend Lolita Day at Disneyland, I think it'd make sense to also incorporate a Disney character into your outfit. Here are two outfits I've pulled together for you that would be perfect for Lolita Day.

Oktoberfest season is once again upon us. This year, Oktoberfest starts on September 16th and it looks like the Disney villains are already getting a head start on the celebrations. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals is hosting the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon Weekend at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. The event is taking place from February 23-26, 2017 where girls and women of any age can participate in these magic and fun-filled events, which include a 5K run, a 10K run, a half marathon, or the Glass Slipper Challenge. If you are planning on participating, you can of course wear whatever you'd like. But many participants do think it's more fun to dress in costumes and I couldn't agree more.
