Summer is finally here! The kids are getting out of school and the weather is heating up which means more time for family fun. From pirate festivals to cosplay conventions and everything in between, you’re sure to find a fun event that’s up your alley.

A family fun activity that involves dressing up and giving to charity? Yes! In SoCal, there will be two benefit events to help raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation called the Jr. Hero Run. The first will be held on June 13, 2015 at the South Coast Botanic Garden in Palos Verdes, CA. The second event will be held on July 25, 2015 at the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden in Claremont, CA.
