In Disney's newest villain prequel movie, Cruella, everyone's favorite fashionable villain serves multiple looks that are to die for! With all new looks comes all new hairstyles. One new hairstyle that caught my eye is Cruella's curly angular bob with bangs. I love the look so much I wanted to recreate it! Here's a quick and easy tutorial on how I did my own Cruella de Vil wig.

When I created this Self-Quarantining with Kids series, I started off with Questions to Ask Kids While Quarantined. One of the questions I asked my daughter was If you could have any superpower, what would you pick and why? Her answer was "I want ice powers like Elsa and fire powers like Sailor Mars because it will be so fun!" So that gave me an idea. I thought it would be fun to dress up and give my kids superhero powers (through the power of Photoshop, of course).

Because I'm working from home with two kids, sometimes my favorite parts of the day is when the kids are sleeping--nap time and bedtime. It gives me a nice little break from having to deal with multiple things at once. I can finally focus on my work without any distractions. Or I can finally take time to do something for myself, like shower, or read, or breathe. The problem is that the kids don't always go down very easily. It took me a while but I finally discovered that putting sleep masks on the kids is a game changer. I thought it would be fun if they had themed sleep masks so they would be more excited to put on their masks and get to sleep. So I'm going to make my kids character sleep masks.

To celebrate Valentine's Day, this year I decided to get crafty! After years of seeing many people make playing card ruffs on Pinterest I wanted to try it myself. In the end I came up with an entire Queen of Hearts inspired beauty look that would go great with a Queen of Hearts costume!

Inspired by my already red-colored hair as well as my love for The Little Mermaid, I chose Ariel as my Disney Princess that I would be trying to re-imagine as a maiden of the Renaissance Era, but I was specifically inspired by Ariel's blue dress that she wears in the boat during the "Kiss The Girl" song. With characters who teach us to dream, love, hope, and stand up for what we is right, kids everywhere have learned to follow their hearts and to take destiny into their own hands. It's no wonder that year after year, Disney princesses are always among the most popular Halloween costumes. This year, why not up dress your little one as her favorite character so that she can become a princess for a night?

If you are a SoCal resident, you may be familiar with the different themed days at Disneyland. Such themes include Dapper Day, Bats Day, Tiki Day, and many more. Although these planned "days" are not associated with the park, people from all over the globe love to dress up and participate if they happen to be in the area at that time.
