Photobooths have become increasingly popular at weddings. It's almost a must-have. However, they can be pretty costly. When my brother was planning his wedding last year, I volunteered to do a DIY wedding photobooth setup for him. It turned out pretty great so I wanted to share my ideas with all of you!

This past weekend, we celebrated my son's 4th birthday. At this point in his life, the only things he cares about is dinosaurs and Disney Cars. Since we already did a dinosaur-themed party last year, I decided to go with a Disney Cars party for this birthday. Just like for my daughter's unicorn-themed 6th birthday party, this birthday would also be celebrated at home with no visitors. However, this was not going to stop me from making it magical while still on a budget. Here are all my Disney Cars party ideas.

Halloween is, hands down, my favorite holiday. I love the costumes, I love when the weather starts to change, and I absolutely love the decorations. 2020 has been a wild ride of a year so far and has forced many of us to get creative with how we can continue to do social activities while still practicing social distancing. Celebrating holidays such as Halloween this year will be no different. I did some brain storming for family friendly ideas to stay spooky this Halloween, hopefully one of my ideas sparks some creativity for you.

When I realized we would be celebrating my daughter's birthday without family and friends, I still wanted to make sure to give my daughter a fun party. I didn't want her to feel like she was lacking for anything even though she wouldn't be able to celebrate with her friends and her extended family as she normally would. However, being that we would just be celebrating at home with just me, my husband, and my son, I also didn't want to spend too much money on the party. So I had to come with a way to make her party look as grand as possible without breaking the bank. So here's my ideas for a low budget quarantined birthday party.

So far 2020 has been kind of a big bummer. So far we've had to celebrate Easter within our homes, and I've personally had quite a few friends and family members celebrate their birthdays safely in their homes as well. Cinco de Mayo will be another holiday to add to the list of occasions that we will be adding to the list of celebrations to safely celebrate within our homes practicing social distancing. This year Cinco de Mayo will also be falling on a Tuesday, which again, is a bummer as it's a missed opportunity for an amazing 'Taco Tuesday'. I recently turned 25 and decided to throw a party! Nintendo is having a big moment in both gaming and cosplay so I decided to make my party a Super Mario birthday party. Besides just dressing up and having a Mario Kart tournament, I thought it would be fun to decorate and make a themed drink or snack. St. Patrick's Day is not too far away. If you're anything like me, you love themes and any excuse to celebrate. I'm planning on having friends over this year so I wanted to come up with some fun green or Irish themed drinks to serve. The only thing is, I am very lazy. I only want the easiest recipes possible. The 2018 Oscars are coming up on March 4th. It's time to celebrate all of our favorite movies that have been released in the past year. If you're anything like me, you: (A) LOVE movies. I LOVE movies, big productions movies, small production movies, even movies that are actually terrible but they're so terrible they end up with a cult following. (B) really enjoy planning parties. Considering the previous statements about myself, it's very surprising that I've actually never thrown an Oscar Watch Party. I did some brain storming, because an Oscar party sounds like a lot of fun, and I came up with a few great ideas to help you host your own Oscar Viewing Party.

February is already here which means it's time for Mardi Gras! When you mention Mardi Gras, people usually think of parades, Creole food, and lots and lots of beads! If you ever go to a Mardi Gras parade, you may find yourself going home with more beads than you know what to do with. Instead of throwing away those beads, why not use them to add some festive spirit to your home or next party! We had loads of extra Mardi Gras beads in the warehouse, so I decided to try a couple DIY ideas! I sat in the living room, streamed some movies and got to work!
