Movie Monday: June 2015
Spy
The lovable Melissa McCarthy stars in this comedy about a CIA desk worker who ends up having to go undercover to save the world. Due out on June 5th, this action comedy promises to deliver some laughs.
Insidious 3
The third Insidious film is actually a prequel that takes place before the Lambert family haunting of the first film. Psychic Elise Rainier reluctantly agrees to help a teenager, Quinn, who has been targeted by a malevolent entity. Also set to release on June 5th, this ghost film may not be one for the kiddies.
Jurassic World
It’s been 22 years since the first Jurassic Park was introduced to us. It became an instant classic and now on June 12th, in Jurassic World, John Hammond’s dream of a dinosaur theme park is now a reality. Unfortunately, they decide to create a dangerous hybrid dinosaur which then escapes and now it’s up to Chris Pratt’s character to save everyone.
Inside Out
This film that’s out on June 19th, takes place in the mind of a girl named Riley. Her father just got a new job and now she’s suddenly being relocated to San Francisco and now her emotions are a mess. Personified emotions Anger, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Joy are all at odds in her mind trying to adjust to a new life. This film seems to be a fun and unique film that the kids are sure to enjoy.
Ted 2
For this one, you may want to leave the kids at home. Mark Walhberg and Seth McFarland are back for another adventure on June 26th. This time, it looks like Ted has finally settled down and gotten married. Ted and his wife, Tamie-Lynn, want to have a baby but in order to have custody of the baby, Ted needs to prove to the courts that he is an actual person.
