It’s time for another contest. As the Halloween season starts to roll in, we want to see how you’re partying this Halloween. That’s why we’re hosting a photo contest on Instagram. Snap a photo of yourself wearing the costume you purchased with us styled in your own unique way and you’ll be entered for a chance to win your order back up to $50! Here’s how it works.   • Follow @pure_costumes on Instagram.
  • Take a photo of yourself in the costume you ordered and received from PureCostumes.com.
  • Upload it to Instagram and tag @pure_costumes and use hashtag #PartyWithPC.
  • Make sure that your profile is not set to private otherwise we won’t be able to see your entry.
Photo Judging Criteria
  • Photos will be judged on the style and creativity of the outfit whether cute, scary, silly, or unique.
  • One winner will be chosen each week through October.
Rules
  • Must be 18 or older and reside in the US to enter. (Void where prohibited).
  • Photos must not contain anything illegal, pornographic, or derogatory.
  • You may only enter once per costume per entry period.
  • You can only win once during the entire duration of the contest.

This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor only. ELIGIBILITY The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees of Sponsor and their family members or persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible to participate in this Contest. CONTEST PERIOD Contests will be run each week according to the following schedule: September 1, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending September 4, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; September 5, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending September 11, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; September 12, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending September 18, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; September 19, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending September 25, 2014 at 11:59 a.m. PST; September 26, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending October 2, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; October 3, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending October 9, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; October 10, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending October 16, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; October 17, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending October 23, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST; October 24, 2015 at 12 a.m. PST and ending October 30, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. PST (each referred to as an "Entry Period"). Winners will be announced on September 4, 2015, September 11, 2014, September 18, 2015, September 25, 2015, October 2, 2015, October 9, 2015, October 16, 2015, October 23, 2015, and October 30, 2015. The computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeper for the Contest. Note that each Entry Period will be a separate Contest and entries will not be carried over from one Entry Period to another. HOW TO ENTER During the Entry Period, follow @Pure_Costumes and post a picture of yourself wearing your favorite costume from PureCostumes.com on Instagram with the hashtag "#PartyWithPC" and tag @Pure_Costumes. (You should only post your entry once and only post from one account.) Contestant’s Instagram account must be public in order to be included in the contest. This option can be managed under Account Options by changing the “Private Account” status. Any entry without the required text is ineligible. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS The submitted photo must never have been previously exhibited publicly outside of this Contest or selected as a winner in any other contest. To be eligible for entry in this Contest, the photo must meet the following specific requirements: Type: Photo (video will not be accepted) Requirement: Submission must consist of item purchased from Pure Costumes, Pure Sexy Costumes, Pure Costumes Marketplace, Pure Costumes eBay, or iKandy Store during September 1, 2015 to October 30, 2015 Hashtag: #PartyWithPC Minimum # of photos submissions per entrant: 1 photo Maximum # of photos submissions per entrant: You may submit only one entry on Instagram for each costume, but may enter multiple times using multiple costumes per Contest Period. You may win only once for the duration of the entire Contest. All entries will be considered made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account from which the entries are made. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”) and by interpretation of these Rules by Pure Seasons, Inc. and further warrants and represents that his/her photo:
  • is original to him/her and that the entrant has all necessary rights (including, without limitation, consent of the photographer) in and to the photo to enter the Contest.
  • does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
  • does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (note: if you cannot obtain the consent of an individual appearing in your photo, then his/her face must be blurred out);
  • will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for payment whatsoever; and
  • is not defamatory, any content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by Pure Seasons, Inc.
By entering the Contest and submitting the photo, each entrant:
  • grants to Pure Seasons, Inc., in perpetuity, a world-wide, non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use the Entry, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reasons;
  • agrees to release and hold harmless the Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action. For greater certainty, Pure Seasons, Inc. reserves the right, in its/their sole discretion, to modify edit or remove an Entry, or to request and entrant to modify or edit his or her Entry, if a complaint is received with respect to an Entry, or for any other reason.
CONTEST JUDGING CRITERIA You must post a photo on Instagram featuring a costume from PureCostumes.com. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of members of the Sponsor′s management on the basis of creativity, originality, composition, and overall impact. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entrants. Judges will select Winners from among all eligible entries on September 4, 2015, September 11, 2014, September 18, 2015, September 25, 2015, October 2, 2015, October 9, 2015, October 16, 2015, October 23, 2015, and October 30, 2015. All decisions made by Judges are final. All decisions of Sponsor concerning all matters related to this Contest are final. WINNER SELECTION. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the Instagram account by means of direct message. We will request an e-mail address in order to supply instructions for claiming the prize. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail and Instagram account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest. The winner will need to provide order information in reference to the costume featured in the photo. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. PRIZES Grand Prize: Each week one winner will be selected to receive a gift certificate to PureCostumes.com in the amount of the order total of the costume featured in the photo up to $50, whichever is lower. The gift certificate will be provided in the form of a coupon code. No minimum purchase is necessary in order to use the coupon code. If the full value of the coupon code is not used, the balance will be forfeited. The coupon code will expire December 31, 2015 11:59 pm PST. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS Prize is non-transferable.
